About This Coffee

This washed lot is sourced from smallholder farmers in the region of Cobán. Cobán's coffee farmers are renowned for their meticulous attention to detail and their commitment to sustainability. Many of these farmers operate small family-run farms, where they employ time-honored techniques passed down through generations. They carefully manage every stage of coffee production, from nurturing the plants to harvesting and processing the beans.
